Binance is leaving the Dutch market. Bitvavo offers easy transfer service.
Today, Binance announced they are leaving the Dutch market. They were not granted the necessary approval from the Dutch authorities to provide their products and services to users in the Netherlands.
With immediate effect, no new Dutch users will be accepted. From July 17th, 2023 existing Dutch resident users will only be able to transfer assets from the Binance platform. No further purchases, trades, or deposits will be possible.
Binance encourages users to take appropriate action by transferring assets from their Binance accounts.

Bitvavo as regulated alternative
We are strong proponents of applying a level playing field for all virtual asset service providers (VASPs). Nevertheless, for the affected Dutch customers, the news of Binance cannot offer their services to the Dutch market may feel unjust and unfortunate.
