Bitvavo will support the Stratis (STRAX) token swap
Bitvavo is going to swap the Stratis (STRAX) token soon. UPDATE: The swap scheduled for March 27th will take place at a later stage, the estimated swap date is now 9th April. We will provide a further update if this timeline changes.
How does it work?
Bitvavo will handle the swap of your STRAX balance on your behalf, you don't need to take any action. The token swap is a crucial step in the transition from the STRAX Blockchain to the new Ethereum-based StratisEVM ecosystem. Read more about it here.
We will swap the token for the ratio of 1 old STRAX : 10 new STRAX.
This is our timeline:
Starting from March 18th at 14:00 CET, trading in STRAX will be halted.
From March 18th at 17:00 CET, deposits and withdrawals of STRAX will no longer be supported.
The swap scheduled for March 27th will take place at a later stage, the estimated swap date is now April 9th.
