Bitvavo wants to give people the opportunity to explore the diverse and exciting world of crypto. Therefore we are pleased to announce that - with four new listings in the past week - we now have passed the milestone of 200 digital assets available for trading on our platform. This makes us one of the biggest crypto exchanges in Europe based on our coin offering and EUR trading pairs.

Bitvavo now offers 200 digital assets

200 digital assets to trade

We aim to make crypto accessible, and as part of realizing this goal, we added - and will keep on adding - new assets to Bitvavo. Besides this, we offer our users low and transparent trading fees and have many security features in place to keep our users' funds safe.

When do we list an asset?

We have a listing committee where new and existing assets are thoroughly reviewed and discussed. This way, we want to make sure that our assets meet Bitvavo’s high standards. Some of the factors we consider for the listing and delisting of assets are:

  • User interest and engagement
  • The commitment of the team or developer base to the project
  • Trading volume and market liquidity
  • Network or contract safety and stability
  • Evidence of unethical behavior or negligence

Based on these factors, we recently listed a variety of digital assets on our platform, covering a wide range of cryptocurrency networks and projects, such as Worldcoin, Sui, dYdX, Optimism, and memecoin Pepe.

Do your research

At Bitvavo, we want to ensure that our users have access to a wide range of investment opportunities while also emphasizing the importance of responsible decision-making. Please remember that investing in cryptocurrencies has its opportunities but also carries risks, and it is essential to do thorough research.
