Terms and Conditions Bitvavo Draw Tickets DFB Pokal Quarter-Final FC Bayern - RB Leipzig (11 Feb 2026)

Organizer: Bitvavo B.V., Keizersgracht 281, 1016 ED Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Bitvavo B.V. is a crypto-asset service provider under the Markets in Crypto-Asset Regulation (MiCAR) licensed by the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM).

This document is drawn up in English. But also in other languages. In case of any discrepancy between different language versions, the English language version prevails.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the “Bitvavo Draw Tickets DFB Pokal Quarter-Final FC Bayern - RB Leipzig (11 Feb 2026)” (the “Promotion”), a temporary promotion organised by Bitvavo B.V. (“Bitvavo”). This Promotion is organised to celebrate Bitvavo as Crypto Partner of the German Football Federation (DFB). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our User Agreement. We only process your personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of this Promotion. Please read more on privacy in our Privacy Policy. By participating you provide consent that we use your personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of this Promotion.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes your express acceptance of these Terms and our User Agreement. Participants must meet all eligibility criteria set out herein. Bitvavo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with our User Agreement. All decisions on eligibility are made by Bitvavo. At the same time you can always file a complaint in line with our Complaints Procedure, in writing to [email protected], or by any other means described in Bitvavo's Help Center.

Bitvavo acts in line with the Code of Conduct on Promotional Games of Chances.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will run from 00:00 (CET) on February 5th, 2026 until 23:59 (CET) on February 8th, 2026.

3. Eligibility Requirements

This Promotion is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years or older at the time of signing up;
• Have a Bitvavo account, and have completed identity and bank account verification before the end of the Promotion Period;
• Have registered via the registration form using the email address associated with their Bitvavo account;
  • Note: New users must create an account before registering via the registration form.
• Follow Bitvavo’s official Instagram account.

4. Prize Details, Notification, and Payout

• Total prize pool is 20 tickets to the "Eventbox" at the Allianz Arena (Franz-Beckenbauer-Platz 5, München, Deutschland ) for the DFB Pokal Quarter-Final (FC Bayern - RB Leipzig) on February 11th, 2026.
• The 10 randomly selected winners will each receive two (2) tickets.
• Tickets provide the users right to:
  • Exclusive access to the "Eventbox" at the Allianz Arena;
  • Pre-match access from 18:15 (CET) on February 11th, 2026;
  • Post-match access until approximately 00:45 (CET) on February 12th, 2026 (or other time equivalent to two (2) hours after the final whistle);
  • Food and beverage service inside the “Eventbox”;
  • Parking for one (1) vehicle on Parkhäuser P1-P3 of the Allianz Arena.
• Tickets do not include the following:
  • Transport to and from the location - winners must arrange their own travel to and from the Allianz Arena; 
  • Accommodation - winners must arrange and pay for any required overnight stays; 
  • Merchandise - no fan gear or kits are included in the prize;
  • Additional Guests - strictly 2 tickets per winner no additional upgrades available via this draw.
• Prizes are awarded in a single draw, using an impartial method that results in a randomised ranking of all individual eligible entries, the top ten (10) of which will be awarded the prizes in decreasing value.
• The draw will take place on February 9th, 2026.
• The winners of the draw will be contacted via email on February 9th, 2026 via [email protected] to confirm they can attend the game and understand the inclusions and exclusions of the tickets.
• Following confirmation, the winners will be awarded their prize before 17.00 CET February 10th, 2026.
• Should winners choose not to accept the tickets or fail to reply to the initial contact within 24 hours or, they are assumed to have forfeited their tickets and the tickets will be awarded to the next user on the ranked list that has not yet been contacted.
• Exclusion of claims: Fulfilment of the eligibility requirements only means that the user is entitled to participate in the Promotion. Users are not entitled to receive any of the prizes offered for the sole reason of fulfilling the eligibility requirements.
• No alternative rewards or cash equivalents are available.
• Tickets are only transferable after the explicit consent of Bitvavo. 

5. Exclusion & Disqualification

Bitvavo may exclude participants who:

• Tamper with the process of the Promotion;
• Submit false or misleading information;
• Violate these or any of Bitvavo’s User Agreement;
• Attempt to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., through multiple accounts or collusion).

Bitvavo may also disqualify entries for technical reasons, including invalid email addresses or social media account misuse.

Institutional clients and those providing market-making or similar services and Bitvavo employees, affiliates, and immediate family members may at no time participate in the Promotion.

6. Liability

Bitvavo accepts no liability for:

• Any technical failures, interruptions, or disruptions;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation;
• Any suspension or cancellation of the Promotion due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bitvavo reserves the right to amend, postpone, or terminate the Promotion at its discretion, only if reasonable and necessary. If Bitvavo exercises this right, this will not be detrimental to the participants of the Promotion.

7. Data Protection & Taxation

• Participant data will be processed in accordance with the Bitvavo Privacy Policy.
• Participants are responsible for possible personal tax implications, including reporting obligations, related to rewards. Consult a tax advisor if in doubt.
