New Staking assets & reward rates

On September 5th, we will add three new assets to our Staking and rewards offering: Phala Network (PHA) with a reward rate of 25%, Livepeer (LPT) with a reward rate of 15%, and Tether USDt (USDT) with a reward rate of 5.1%. We will also adjust some of our existing reward rates. This update will expand and align our Staking rewards with the protocol incentives and the current market.
