Terms and Conditions for the Bitvavo Ticket Sweepstake for the DFB-Pokal Final.

Organized by: Bitvavo B.V., Keizersgracht 281, 1016 ED Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This document is available in several languages. In the event of discrepancies between different language versions, the English wording shall prevail.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the “Bitvavo Ticket Sweepstake for the DFB-Pokal Final” (the “Promotion”), a temporary promotion organised by Bitvavo B.V. (“Bitvavo”). This Promotion is organised to celebrate Bitvavo as the Official Crypto Partner of the DFB-Pokal. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our User Agreement.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes your express acceptance of these Terms and our User Agreement. Participants must meet all eligibility criteria set out herein. Bitvavo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with our User Agreement. All decisions on eligibility are made by Bitvavo. At the same time you can always file a complaint in line with our Complaints Procedure, in writing to [email protected], or by any other means described in Bitvavo's Help Center.

Bitvavo acts in line with the Code of Conduct on Promotional Games of Chances.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from April 17, 2026, at 00:00 (CEST) to May 10, 2026, at 23:59 (CEST).

3. Eligibility Requirements

This Promotion is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years or older at the time of signing up.

• Have a verified Bitvavo account (identity and bank verification completed) before the end of the Promotion Period.

• Complete trades reaching a minimum value of EUR 250.00 (including fees, as shown on our website) on eligible Bitvavo markets during the Promotion Period.

• Register via the official registration form using the email address connected to  their Bitvavo account.

• Follow Bitvavo’s official Instagram Account, like the official giveaway posting, and tag at least one friend in the comments of the Instagram post.

4. Prizes, Notification, and Distribution

The total prize consists of 30 Category 1 Tickets (15x2) for the DFB-Pokal Final:

• Match: Finalists TBD vs. Finalists TBD, 23.05.2026, Olympiastadion, Berlin.

• Quantity: 20 winners, each receiving 2 "normal" Category 1 match tickets.

• Total Value: 30 x 150.00 euros = 4500.00 euros

• The Prize does NOT include:

  • Travel: Winners must organize their own transport to/from Berlin.

  • Accommodation: No hotel stay or overnight costs are provided.

  • Hospitality: No lounge access, food, or beverage service is included.

  • Parking: No parking passes are included for this event.

  • Merchandise: No fan gear or kits are included.

Draw and Notification:

• Prizes will be awarded via an impartial random draw on May 11, 2026.

• Winners will be contacted on May 11, 2026, via email from [email protected].

• 24-Hour Rule: Winners must confirm attendance within 24 hours. Failure to respond results in forfeiture, and the prize will be awarded to the next person on the ranked list.

• Final digital distribution of tickets will occur before the match date. We reserve the right to require physical collection of the tickets prior to the match at a designated collection point in Berlin. 

Exclusion of claims: Meeting the eligibility requirements merely means that the user is entitled to participate in the Promotion. Fulfilling the participation conditions alone does not entitle users to receive one of the prizes offered. There are no alternative prizes or cash payouts.

5. Exclusion and Disqualification

Bitvavo may exclude participants who tamper with the Promotion, submit false information, attempt to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., through multiple accounts or collusion) or violate the User Agreement. 

Institutional clients, market makers, and Bitvavo employees, employees’ family members and affiliates are not eligible.

6. Liability and Data Protection

Bitvavo accepts no liability for technical failures or cancellations due to force majeure. Participant data is processed per the Privacy Policy. Participants are responsible for any personal tax implications.
