Terms and Conditions for the Bitvavo VIP Ticket Sweepstake for the DFB-Pokal Semi-Finals.

Organized by: Bitvavo B.V., Keizersgracht 281, 1016 ED Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This document is available in several languages. In the event of discrepancies between different language versions, the English wording shall prevail.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the “Bitvavo VIP Ticket Sweepstake for the DFB-Pokal Semi-Finals” (the “Promotion”), a temporary promotion organised by Bitvavo B.V. (“Bitvavo”). This Promotion is organised to celebrate Bitvavo as the Official Crypto Partner of the DFB-Pokal. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our User Agreement.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from April 08, 2026, at 00:00 (CEST) to April 15, 2026, at 23:59 (CEST).

3. Eligibility Requirements

This Promotion is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years or older at the time of signing up;

• Have a verified Bitvavo account (identity and bank verification completed) before the end of the Promotion Period;

• Complete at least one (1) trade (minimum value EUR 100.00 including fees) on eligible Bitvavo markets during the Promotion Period;

• Register via the official registration form using the email address associated with their Bitvavo account and select their preferred match location (Leverkusen or Stuttgart);

• Follow Bitvavo’s official Instagram Account and tag at least one friend. 

4. Prizes, Notification, and Distribution

The total prize consists of 24 Hospitality tickets (12x2) for the DFB-Pokal Semi-Finals:

• Match A: 6 winners (each receiving 2 Hospitality tickets + 1 VIP Parking pass) for the match in Leverkusen (BayArena).

• Match B: 6 winners (each receiving 2 Hospitality tickets + 1 VIP Parking pass) for the match in Stuttgart (MHPArena).

The VIP Experience includes:

• Hospitality/VIP Lounge access with full food and beverage service.

• One (1) VIP Parking pass per winner.

The Tickets do NOT include:

• Travel: Winners must organize their own transport to/from the venues.

• Accommodation: No hotel stay or overnight costs are provided.

• Merchandise: Fan gear or kits are not included.

Draw and Notification:

• Prizes will be awarded via an impartial random draw on April 16, 2026.

• Winners will be contacted on April 16, 2026, via email from [email protected].

• 24-Hour Rule: Winners must confirm attendance within 24 hours. Failure to respond results in forfeiture, and the prize will be awarded to the next person on the ranked list.

• Final digital distribution of tickets and parking passes will occur before April 20, 2026, 17:00 CET.

Exclusion of claims: Meeting the eligibility requirements merely means that the user is entitled to participate in the Promotion. Fulfilling the participation conditions alone does not entitle users to receive one of the prizes offered. There are no alternative prizes or cash payouts. Tickets are only transferable after the explicit consent of Bitvavo. 

5. Exclusion and Disqualification

Bitvavo may exclude participants who tamper with the Promotion, submit false information, attempt to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., through multiple accounts or collusion) or violate the User Agreement. 

Institutional clients, market makers, and Bitvavo employees, employees’ family members and affiliates are not eligible.

6. Liability and Data Protection

Bitvavo accepts no liability for technical failures or cancellations due to force majeure. Participant data is processed per the Privacy Policy. Participants are responsible for any personal tax implications.
