Terms and Conditions for the Bitvavo Promotion for Club Brugge

Organized by: Bitvavo B.V., Keizersgracht 281, 1016 ED Amsterdam, Netherlands. Bitvavo B.V. is authorized as a crypto-asset service provider under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) by the Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM).

This document is available in multiple languages. In the event of discrepancies between different language versions, the English wording shall prevail.

1. General 

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the "Bitvavo Promotion for Club Brugge" (the "Promotion"), an ongoing campaign organized by Bitvavo B.V. ("Bitvavo"). This Promotion celebrates Bitvavo as the official crypto partner of Club Brugge.

⁠By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and our User Agreement. Our User Agreement can be downloaded in PDF from our website.

⁠People who want to participate must meet the eligibility criteria contained in clause 3 of these Terms. Bitvavo reserves the right to exclude participants that do not meet these Terms or the terms of our User Agreement.

⁠Dutch law applies to this Promotion. Bitvavo acts in accordance with the Dutch Code of Conduct on Promotional Games of Chances (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen).

⁠You can always file a complaint in relation to this Promotion in line with our Complaints Procedure, in writing to complaints@bitvavo.com, or by any other means described in Bitvavo's Help Center. Please find more information here: https://bitvavo.com/en/complaints. If you express your dissatisfaction, please specify what the dissatisfaction is about.

2. Duration of the Promotion 

The Promotion runs from October 12, 2026, 00:00 (CEST) until November 22, 2026, at 23:59 (CET) (the "Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility Criteria 

Participation is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry into the Promotion;

• Have opened a Bitvavo account via the official Club Brugge partner link and have passed identity and account verification prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
  

4. Prizes, Notification, and Distribution 

During the Promotion Period, Bitvavo will raffle the following prizes among eligible participants: One (1) Away Experience: a fully arranged trip for two (2) persons to the UEFA Champions League match between SSC Napoli and Club Brugge on December 8, 2026 in Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, Naples. The prize is awarded to one (1) winner, who may bring one (1) guest.

Included in the Away Experience:

• Return flight to and from Naples on Club Brugge's official team flight;

• Two (2) match tickets for the above-mentioned match;

• Accommodation for 1 night as arranged by Club Brugge

The following elements are NOT included in the prizes:

• Travel to and from the departure location of the flight;

• Travel insurance, personal expenses, and any other costs not expressly listed as included;

• Additional guests: only the specified number of persons can take part, and additional seats, tickets or upgrades are not possible.

Selection & Contact: The prize will be awarded in a single draw, to be held on or around November 22, 2026, using an impartial method resulting in a random ranking of all eligible entries, from which the first one (1) will receive the prize. Entries remain valid for the entire Promotion Period.

The winner will be notified via email from events@bitvavo.com at the email address associated with their Bitvavo account. The winner must respond within 24 hours of receipt of this email. Failure to respond results in forfeiture, and the prize will be awarded to the next person on the ranking list.

Winner & Guest Requirements: The winner and their guest must be at least 18 years old and must provide, within the term communicated by Bitvavo, the personal details and a copy of a valid passport or identity document (valid for travel to Italy) as required for flight and ticket issuance. The winner and guest are responsible for having valid travel documents and for meeting all entry requirements. Tickets and seats are personal and non-transferable. The winner and guest must follow the instructions of Club Brugge, the airline and the match organizer, and are bound by stadium and security regulations. Bitvavo and Club Brugge are not responsible for any denial of boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents, or non-compliance with these rules. Participation in the Away Experience is at the winner's and guest's own risk.

Exclusion of Claims: Fulfilment of the eligibility requirements only means that the user is entitled to participate in the Promotion. Users are not entitled to receive any prize solely by reason of fulfilling eligibility requirements. No alternative rewards or cash equivalents are available.

5. Exclusion and Disqualification 

Bitvavo may exclude participants who:

• Tamper with the process of the Promotion;
• Submit false or misleading information;
• Violate these Terms or Bitvavo's User Agreement;
• Attempt to gain an unfair advantage (e.g. through multiple accounts or collusion).

Bitvavo may also exclude entries for technical reasons, including invalid email addresses. Institutional clients, clients providing market-making or similar services, Bitvavo employees, employees of affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

6. Liability 

Bitvavo shall have no liability whatsoever for any damages, losses, expenses or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to liability for:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or malfunctions;

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation;

• Postponements or cancellations of matches or the Promotion due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bitvavo reserves the right to amend, postpone, or terminate the Promotion at its discretion, only if reasonable and necessary. If Bitvavo exercises this right, this will not be detrimental to participants.

7. Data Protection and Taxation 

Participant data will be processed in accordance with the Bitvavo Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection law. Data will only be used for purposes connected to the administration of this Promotion and prize delivery. We only process your personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of this Promotion — please read our Privacy Notice for more information.

Participants are responsible for any personal tax implications, including any applicable reporting obligations, related to rewards received. Consult a tax advisor if in doubt.

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are exclusively governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
